The controversial debate on stem cell research deals over issues of morality. However, these moral issues may be a thing of the past if a new breakthrough technique is able to produce stem cells for humans. Some people believe that using the stem cells of embryos is unethical. I personally do not have an opinion that strongly takes to one side of the argument. I believe that stem cell research could greatly benefit the medical field and help save more lives. At the same time I do not know all of the implications and effects it could have on these embryos and I believe it is wrong to kill an unfertilized embryo.

Luckily, there may be a possible solution that enables people to benefit from stem cell research without having to go against issues of morality. Experiments have already been done with blood cells of newborn mice and by soaking these cells in a slightly acidic solution, have been able to produce a fully new embryo of a mouse.
